There is never much I have to say to you - because i've never needed to say anything out loud for you to know me. But if I have to say something out loud, it is that you can always count on me to have your back - no matter what or who or how or when.

If there is another thing I have to say, it is that this year I witnessed you being a beacon to us - while navigating through the surreal experiences life had thrown at us. It inspired me.

Amma - I don't think there ever has been a time when I haven't needed you - nor will there ever be. You are the anchor, the captain, a resilient passenger of my ship through the turbulent waves of life. No matter how much I grow or who I grow into, I can never outgrow the vastness of your love.
